W2BH-140mm
This wooden block is widely used aboard ships, sailboats and fishing boats for sail control, cargo hauling, rope redirection and block-and-tackle lifting systems. Compared with all-metal pulleys, hardwood casing is lighter and creates less wear on natural fiber ropes, manila rope and nylon ropes.
We supply single sheave and double sheave models with hook type, available in multiple inch sizes. Custom specifications are supported for bulk marine hardware orders.

FAQ
A: Wooden tackle blocks are mainly used for rope redirection and mechanical advantage lifting. They are most popular for marine use: sailboat rigging, ship deck cargo handling, fishing vessel rope tackle. They also work for light hoisting on docks, farms and workshops. The wooden shell protects fiber ropes from sharp metal damage.
A: This wooden pulley block is designed for fiber ropes: manila rope, natural hemp rope, nylon rope and other synthetic soft ropes. It is NOT recommended for heavy steel wire rope.
A: Single sheave (1 wheel) is for simple rope direction change and light load. Double sheave (2 wheels) provides greater mechanical advantage to reduce pulling force, suitable for heavier lifting tasks.
A: Yes, our wooden pulley blocks follow IMPA marine hardware standards. We can provide IMPA part numbers for bulk orders to marine chandleries and ship suppliers.
A: Standard sizes range from 3 inch up to 16 inch. We support custom size, logo marking and custom hardware for large wholesale orders. Contact us for custom drawing and quotation.
