The working load limit is the maximum load that the clamp are authorized to support when used in pairs with a lift angle of 60⁰. In lifting operations the clamps can be used in pairs or multiples.

Precautions for use
1. Overloading is strictly prohibited, and operations must strictly follow the rated load. It is forbidden to lift steel plates beyond the opening range of the jaws.
2. Before starting the homework, it is necessary to check the jaw teeth plate, pin shaft, lifting ring and other components. If there is wear, deformation, cracking and other conditions, stop using immediately.
3. When lifting, the steel plate should be kept level, and it is forbidden to lift it diagonally or crookedly to avoid safety hazards caused by uneven force on the fixture.
When used in groups, it is necessary to ensure that the fixtures are symmetrically arranged to ensure that the steel plates are balanced and prevent tilting and slipping.
5. Regularly lubricate and maintain moving parts such as shafts, store them in a dry and ventilated environment, and avoid corrosion.
