The product is made of high-quality ZG230-450 low-carbon cast steel, with a yield strength of ≥ 235N/mm ² and a carbon content of ≤ 0.23%. It has excellent welding performance, impact resistance, and fatigue fracture resistance. Optimize the design of the large circular arc surface structure, with a curvature radius not less than 6 times the diameter of the steel cable, significantly reducing the wear of the mooring cable and extending the service life of the steel wire rope by multiple times.

The double horn closed structure can effectively prevent the cable from slipping and jumping off in harsh sea conditions such as strong winds and waves, stabilize the cable's running trajectory, and comprehensively ensure the safety of ship berthing and towing operations.
