DF-505 Flush Multi-Screw Oval Hatch is a flush-deck marine access hatch for shipping vessels. Unlike raised coaming hatches, this hatch sits completely level with the deck surface, eliminating protruding structures that may obstruct walking or cargo handling on ship decks.
It adopts an oval profile and multi-screw bolted fastening design. A full-face rubber gasket is fitted between the hatch cover and flange to achieve reliable watertight or oil-tight sealing. The multiple bolts distribute pressure evenly across the sealing surface, delivering stable sealing performance under tank pressure and marine loads.
This hatch is mainly used for inspection and maintenance access to ballast tanks, fuel oil tanks and other enclosed compartments where flush deck installation is required. Fabricated from carbon steel and finished with high-performance orange marine anti-corrosion coating, it provides strong resistance against salt spray and marine corrosion. Stainless steel material upgrade, customized dimensions and marine classification certificates can be supplied for newbuilding and ship repair bulk orders.
